Throughout his career, he led major product transformation projects, spearheaded international business development, and oversaw multiple subsidiary companies—including building Comarch’s first FinTech venture, Apfino. Andrzej played a pivotal role in elevating Comarch’s Loyalty and Financial Services divisions to global prominence. He is passionate about the practical application of artificial intelligence, business transformation, and scaling successful enterprises.

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Comarch (a global enterprise with 7,500 employees), he was responsible for ensuring cyber resilience, leading Business Continuity Planning (BCP), incident handling, protecting critical company data and hosted services, and promoting secure software development practices.
